Well, we at Elizabeth's Signature Catering are here to cover all the bases for you. Our on-site event planner will work with you from beginning to end in order to ensure that your special event is one you will never forget. Elizabeth's Signature Catering specializes in southern cuisine, in-homecooking, and event planning. Below is a list of some of the other events that we specialize in:

In-homecooking
In-homecooking is a service designed so that you are able to enjoy the traditional southern meal in just minutes and still be able to dedicate the much needed "family time" to the ones you love. You will create your menu and we will prepare it for you either at your site or ours.
Free Initial Consulatation
During the free initial consultation we allow you, the client to take this time to ask any questions you may have about your event. This is your interview time. The main questions that I will have for you are the following:
1) LOCATION OF THE EVENT 2) # OF GUEST 3) BUDGET YOU HAVE ALLOCATED FOR YOUR EVENT 4) MENU CHOICE
After completing many interviews I have found that most brides have not really thought through these questions, which are vital for me to be able to assist you fully at this event. I don't want to waste your time, because this is a free service to you and you should get the most out of it . So take a few minutes before your interview and jot down ideas that you think you are wanting to use and it will be very helpful during our meet.
Taste Testing
We do provide a taste testing for our clients if desired because we are confident that once you try our menu we will definitely have a booked event. If this is a service that you desire we will gladly accomodate you.
