Elizabeth's Signature Catering is devoted to making our clients our #1 priority. We provide services to Davidson, Macon, Rutherford, Smith, Sumner, Trousdale, Wilson and surrounding counties within a 50 mile radius(in the middle TN area) and Kentucky. So feel free to make an appointment with us to go over your special event needs.
Who We Are 
My name is Elizabeth Rickman-Vaden, owner of Elizabeth's Signature Catering. I received my B.S. in Criminal Justice from MTSU in 2006 and although I have a strong passion for law my passion for food service seems to be even stronger. In the 80s my grandparents opened up the restaurant Fantasy Island in Franklin, KY where they are well known for their famous fried chicken and homemade desserts and my husband's father was a chef in the military. Now that they have retired my husband James and I decided to continue providing service in KY and even bring TN a little "soul food" as well. Our background stems from over 25 years of experience that we bring from our families success over the years. We wanted to continue this venture so that our children will have the same opportunity that we have, which is to provide vision, leadership, and service to the community.
